I’m a Registered Nurse with 30 years of healthcare experience including athletic training, emergency medicine, orthopedics, cardiology, internal medicine, integrative/functional medicine, and nurse coaching. I hold degrees in Sports Medicine and Nursing, I’m a certified wound care specialist, board certified in ambulatory care, and a candidate for dual board certification as an Integrated Health and Wellness Nurse Coach.

I’m the owner of Open Door Functional Nurse Consulting, PLLC in Mill Creek, WA and deliver care to clients via in-person and telehealth visits.

In my free time, I enjoy making memories with my husband and 3 kids, extending hospitality, studying the Bible, listening to audiobooks, playing table games, backpacking in the Cascade Mountains, directing family summer camp, traveling for pleasure as well as international medical mission work, playing pickleball, and having meaningful conversations with friends.
